About this product

Araldite Standard is a two-part, solvent-free epoxy adhesive supplied as 15ml tubes, designed for strong, durable bonding and repairs across a wide range of materials. It bonds metal, wood, masonry, ceramics, glass, dry concrete, chipboard, leather, cardboard, fabric, rubber and most plastics, though not polyethylene, polypropylene or Teflon. It offers an extended working time of around 80 minutes, allowing parts to be repositioned and precisely aligned before the adhesive sets, which suits complicated or fiddly assembly jobs. Full bond strength is reached after around 14 hours. Once cured, the joint is resistant to oil, chemicals and impact, and can withstand rough handling. It remains effective across a temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use in workshop, joinery and maintenance applications.
