About this product
Everbuild Sika 702 is a ready-mixed, water-resistant tile adhesive supplied in a 16kg/10 litre tub, suited to larger tiling projects in wet or humid areas. It is tested to EN 12004 type D2T and offers bond strength over double the British Standard minimum requirement in wet shear testing, having been dried, immersed in water and sheared whilst wet. Being ready-mixed, it requires no mixing and can be applied straight from the tub, making it easier to work with than many competing adhesives. It has good non-slip properties, holding standard large format wall tiles in place without slippage, and an extended open time for careful positioning. Suitable for kitchen and bathroom walls, shower areas (with Everbuild Powdered Wall Tile Grout), communal and power showers, and worktops exposed to water contact.
