About this product
EVO-STIK 528 is a multipurpose contact adhesive that bonds immediately on contact, offering high shear strength, good temperature resistance and excellent final bond strength. This 5 litre tin suits large-scale installations, high-volume workshops and commercial fit-outs where frequent replenishment isn't wanted.
It is intended for interior use, though it can be used outdoors if protected from the weather. It bonds decorative laminates, rigid PVC, wood, chipboard, hardboard, cork, leather, rubber, stone, metal, dense fabrics, ceramics and glass, and can also fix insulating fibreboards and acoustic tiles to suspended or vertical surfaces. It is not suitable for polystyrene or cellulose-painted surfaces.
The formula is low odour and translucent amber in colour, applied easily with a serrated spreader. Coverage is around 4-6m² per litre per coat, depending on the surface.
