The BOA RTR2 Rotary Thread Rescue Tool is a precision thread repair tool for restoring damaged internal and external threads, suited to site or workshop use. It re-seats and profiles threads quickly and accurately, offering a cost-effective alternative to replacing damaged components in plumbing, mechanical engineering and general maintenance work. A patented self-aligning head fits standard variable drills or air tools, so the tool can simply be guided through the damaged thread by hand. The head is constructed from industrial diamonds vacuum brazed to a balanced shaft, giving durable performance, and it can repair over 150 different thread sizes and pitches from 20mm to 200mm. Specifications: head diameter 19.5mm (3/4in), arbor diameter 6.35mm (1/4in), length 50mm (2in).
