About this product
Broadfix Green Precision Wedges are wedge-shaped plastic shims designed for use in pairs to achieve ultra-precise, incremental thickness adjustment. Their serrated design allows a level, non-slip fit, while the integrated slot lets two wedges be positioned facing each other around a fixing and adjusted to the exact thickness required. They suit door frame and window fitting, kitchen installation and general building work. Made from a high percentage of post-industrial and post-consumer recycled plastic, they are waterproof and will not swell, shrink or rot, unlike timber packers. They also withstand higher compressive loads than traditional timber packers, making them a more economical option. They are colour-coded by size for easy identification on site. Each pack contains 100 wedges measuring 78 x 45mm.
