About this product
These ForgeFix masonry anchor bolts are M8 x 10mm, supplied loose in a bag of 10. The short length suits shallower embedment depths, making them useful for thinner walls or where limited fixing depth is available, such as trunking, pipework, switch gear and lighter machinery mounts.
The anchors have a zinc yellow passivated finish, giving good corrosion resistance and a durable coating. A four-way expansion shield provides strong, secure anchorage, while a specially manufactured retaining spring keeps the wedge encapsulated during expansion.
A drill size of 14mm is recommended, and the correct socket drive or spanner should be used during installation for accurate results.
