About this product
The DeWalt DCG418 is a 125mm cordless angle grinder powered by a 54V FlexVolt brushless motor, offering enhanced power, efficiency and durability without the maintenance demands of a brushed motor. It runs at 9,000rpm no-load speed, suited to grinding and cutting tasks.
Safety features include an electronic brake to stop the wheel quickly once the trigger is released, and an electronic clutch to reduce kickback if the disc pinches or stalls. A mesh debris cover restricts dust reaching the motor internals, while a rubber overmould improves grip and comfort. The recessed spindle lock aids depth of cut and protects the button in confined spaces, and the side handle can be switched between positions for comfort and control.
