About this product
The Hultafors Leather Axe Sling is a carrying accessory for transporting axes, made in Sweden from vegetable-tanned full grain leather sourced from Swedish cattle. The tanning process is carried out with care for animal welfare and the environment, and the leather ages naturally, developing a patina with use. The sling is length adjustable, ranging from 900-1100mm, to suit different axes and users, and features an extra-wide shoulder section to distribute weight and improve comfort when carried over long periods. It attaches via carabiners at each end: one connects to the axe handle using an included leather strap, while the other fits to axe sheaths that have attachment holes, a feature found on newer Hultafors sheaths. Width ranges from 25-45mm.
