About this product
This 8-piece Marples MS500 Series chisel set from IRWIN is designed for carpenters, joiners and woodworking enthusiasts. The all-purpose bevel edge blades are one-piece forged from special tool steel, giving strength and a sharp cutting edge, with a special hardening process that helps the edge last longer between sharpenings. Each chisel arrives honed and ready for use straight away. ProTouch™ handles offer a comfortable grip while reducing vibration and hand fatigue during extended use, and a large metal striking cap resists mushrooming under hammer or mallet blows, helping the handle last longer. The set covers eight commonly used sizes: 6, 10, 13, 19, 25, 32, 38 and 50mm (1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1.1/4, 1.1/2 and 2in), and is supplied in a wooden storage box for protection and organisation.
