The Stanley Dynagrip Bevel Edge Chisel, 8mm (5/16in), suits general woodworking and joinery, including cleaning out mortises, paring joints and trimming work. The blade is forged from high carbon (chrome-carbon) steel and lacquered for corrosion protection, giving good edge retention and durability, and is supplied pre-sharpened and ready for immediate use. A steel striking cap allows the chisel to be used with a steel hammer for more demanding work, while the longer, soft-grip Dynagrip (CAB) handle improves comfort, control and shock resistance during extended use. The chisel is manufactured in Sheffield, England.
