About this product
This 165 x 20mm circular saw blade with 24 teeth is designed for handheld, cordless and plunge saws, suited to cutting hard wood, soft wood, plywood, chipboard and MDF. It is best for ripping and also performs well for crosscutting.
The blade uses Freud's Titanium Cobalt Carbide (TiCo) teeth for a sharp edge and clean finish over a longer cutting life, with a thin-kerf design that reduces friction and aids battery runtime on cordless tools. Permashield non-stick coating provides thermal insulation, guards against corrosion and prevents resin build-up.
Anti-vibration slots help smooth, quieter running, while a tri-metal brazing alloy of copper between silver layers adds shock resistance. The kerf is 1.7mm with a blade thickness of 1.3mm, and the material application is laser-marked on the blade for identification.
