About this product
This is a thin-kerf mini saw blade designed for cordless saws, giving a professional finish when cutting particle board, plywood, MDF and hardboard. It has a diameter of 85mm, a 15mm bore, 1.2mm kerf and 0.7mm plate thickness, with 24 teeth in an ATB tooth form and a 14° hook angle.
The high-grade alloy steel plate body is precision ground to maintain flatness for a straight cut, with a reamed bore for a precise spindle fit that helps minimise vibration. Tips are silver brazed for secure bonding, and the body is hardened and tempered to maintain trueness.
The blade is laser etched on the reverse to European standard EN847-1/2, and carries the Trend name for traceability.
