About this product
This is a heavy-duty all-steel screw clamp with a 250mm opening, suited to steel and boiler construction, shipbuilding, automotive engineering, heavy timber work and carpentry — anywhere sturdy parts need very secure clamping.
The fixed bracket and pressure plate are produced and tempered from a single piece for strong torsion resistance and tensile strength. The heat-resistant pressure plate is replaceable and tilts up to 35° for clamping on angled or sloping surfaces, while the tempered spindle adds durability and wear resistance.
A sturdy tommy bar with rounded, hand-friendly ends and a hexagonal bolt allows powerful, controlled clamping. Clamping force reaches up to 12,000N with a tightening torque of 40Nm, throat depth is 140mm, the rail measures 34 x 13mm, and the clamp weighs 2.58kg.
