About this product
This IRWIN Vise-Grip locking C-clamp is designed to reach into confined spaces where ordinary clamps cannot be used, making it suited to car body work, welding and sheet metal fabrication. It has an exceptionally large throat width of 190mm and a throat depth of 250mm, allowing it to grip wide or deep objects depending on the jaw opening. The hex key adjusting screw tightens to draw materials together and also allows controlled release when disengaging. Once engaged, the locking mechanism holds the workpiece securely without needing to be held by hand, freeing both hands for other tasks. It is fitted with regular tips and has an overall length of 455mm.
