About this product
The Makita DHP484 is an 18v LXT cordless combi drill aimed at tradespeople needing a compact, powerful tool for drilling and driving. It has a brushless motor for improved run time and power, all-metal gear construction with an aluminium gear housing, and 2 mechanical gears. A hammer setting allows drilling into masonry and concrete, while standard rotary mode suits wood, metal and plastic.
Control is via a variable speed trigger with forward/reverse rotation, 21 torque settings plus a drill setting, and an electric brake for added safety. Other features include an LED job light, belt clip, keyless chuck (1.5-13mm capacity) and an ergonomic, slimmer soft-grip handle designed to reduce fatigue. Overall length is 182mm and weight is 1.6kg.
