About this product

The Makita DVC261ZX11 is a cordless backpack vacuum cleaner powered by two 18V LXT Li-ion batteries working together to drive a 36V brushless motor. It suits cleaning in confined or awkward spaces, such as between rows of seating in vehicles, where larger corded vacuums are difficult to manoeuvre. A handheld controller, which clips to the waist belt, allows switching on and off and selection of three power modes, and includes an LED worklight plus a mode memory function that recalls the last power setting used. The unit is fitted with an adjustable harness and waist belt for comfort, a lightweight hose, telescopic pipe, and a HEPA filter for fine dust collection. Dust bag capacity is 1.5 litres (cloth) or 2.0 litres (paper), with suction power of 105/55/30W and maximum air volume of 2.3m³/min. This is a bare unit supplied without batteries or charger.
