About this product

This 450mm diamond blade with a 25.4mm bore is designed for heavy-duty cutting of abrasive construction materials, suiting large-format saws used on substantial concrete and asphalt work. The larger diameter provides greater cutting depth than smaller blades in the range. It is built with a precision-hardened 65Mn manganese steel tensioned core for stable, true running, and double laser-welded segments to reduce the risk of damage under load. The bond contains a high concentration of ultra-grade diamond, engineered for durability and extended blade life. Suitable for asphalt, asphalt over concrete, breeze blocks, Toplite blocks, concrete pipes, concrete kerbs, green concrete, gritstone, medium sandstone and mortar. Segment size is 10mm with a 4.0mm segment width, and the blade has a maximum rated speed of 3,390 rpm. Manufactured to EN 13236 and oSa certified.
