The CorePlus AC230E Elite All Cut Multi-Material Diamond Blade is a 230mm diamond blade designed for standard angle grinders, suited to a diverse range of cutting applications. It has a 2.6mm kerf and 22.23mm bore, with 12mm segment height, making it suitable for smaller cutting tasks.
The blade uses a precision-engineered, hardened, high-grade 65Mn manganese steel tensioned core to help it run true, with double laser welding technology to reduce the risk of damaged segments. Its alternating segment structure aids efficient waste material release for a smooth cut.
The segments contain a high concentration of ultra-grade nano and micro cube-octahedron diamond crystals within a metallurgically engineered bond formulation intended for durability. The blade is manufactured to the EN 13236 quality standard and is oSa® certified.
