About this product
The Dormer P805 is a solid carbide rotary burr with a ball-nosed cylinder shape, suited to precision work such as contouring and circular arcs. It is used across steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper and copper alloys, high-temperature alloys and hardened materials. It features double cut geometry with closely spaced edges, giving efficient material removal, reduced vibration and a good finish, while breaking swarf into manageable pieces and reducing congestion. The toughened, hardened steel shank adds rigidity and strength, resisting bending and vibration for improved tool life, with a bright, uncoated finish. Diameter 16mm, shank diameter 6mm, working length 25mm, overall length 70mm.
