The Dormer P807 is a solid carbide rotary burr with a ball-shaped head, designed for precision work such as detailed carving, metal engraving and weld preparation. It suits a wide range of materials, including steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper and copper alloys, high-temperature alloys and hardened materials. It has a double cut (skip flute) geometry, giving increased strength at the centre, reduced swarf congestion and improved cutting action, breaking swarf into manageable pieces while offering good control and metal removal. The toughened, hardened steel shank adds rigidity, reducing bending and vibration for better tool life, with a bright uncoated finish. Diameter: 12.7mm. Shank diameter: 6mm. Working length: 11mm. Overall length: 56mm.
