About this product
The Dormer P809 is a solid carbide rotary burr with an oval (ball nose) shape, designed for precision contouring and finishing. Its double-cut flute geometry offers efficient material removal, good control and a smooth surface finish, with reduced risk of swarf congestion thanks to skip flute grinding. It has a toughened, hardened steel shank for rigidity and reduced vibration, plus a bright (uncoated) finish. Suitable for use on steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper alloys, high-temperature alloys and hardened materials. Diameter: 6mm. Shank diameter: 6mm. Length cut: 10mm.
