About this product
This Dormer P88001 set contains five solid carbide rotary burrs, each with a shank diameter of 6mm and a cutting diameter of 9.6mm, covering cylinder with endcut, ball-nosed cylinder, ball, oval and pointed tree shapes. All are finished bright and produce a double cut, suitable for general machining tasks. The burrs feature toughened, hardened steel shanks for rigidity, reducing bending and vibration to improve tool life, and are ground to h6 (carbide) and h7 (steel). Brazing elements are designed for strong bonding, and the tools offer good impact strength to withstand high forces and temperatures. The set includes: P803 cylinder with endcut, P805 ball-nosed cylinder, P807 ball, P809 oval and P813 pointed tree burrs, each with a double-cut design for controlled swarf removal and cutting closer to the centre.
