About this product
This Faithfull Metal Cut Off Disc measures 100mm in diameter, 3.2mm thick with a 16mm bore, suited to compact mini-grinders for detailed metalwork or use in confined spaces. It is manufactured using Aluminium Oxide abrasive grit with fibreglass reinforcing and resin bonding, giving a balance of safety and consistent cutting performance on steel, iron and other metals, and is made to EN 12413 standard.
The disc must never be used for grinding and should always be presented to the workpiece at a 90° angle. Users should check the 16mm bore matches their mini-grinder before fitting. Safety guidance includes reading manufacturer instructions, wearing goggles against flying chips or dust, inspecting the wheel regularly, adjusting the guard to deflect sparks, and letting the wheel work at the correct revs rather than forcing it.
