About this product
This Faithfull metal cut off disc measures 125mm in diameter, 3.2mm thick, with a 22.23mm bore, making it compatible with standard 5-inch angle grinders and other machines from mini-grinders to stationary cutting-off machines. The larger diameter allows greater cutting depth than smaller discs, useful for thicker metal sections.
It is manufactured using Aluminium Oxide abrasive grit with fibreglass reinforcing and resin bonding, giving both safety and cutting performance, and is made to the EN 12413 standard. The disc must never be used for grinding and should always be presented to the workpiece at a 90° angle. Users should wear goggles, inspect the wheel condition regularly, adjust the guard to deflect sparks and dust, and allow the wheel to work at the correct revs rather than forcing it.
