About this product
This Faithfull Metal Cut Off Disc measures 180mm in diameter, 3.2mm thick, with a 22.23mm bore suited to 7-inch angle grinders. The larger diameter and robust thickness make it suited to cutting thicker metal sections and longer cuts, reducing the need for repositioning during heavy-duty work.
The disc is made from Aluminium Oxide abrasive grit with fibreglass reinforcing and resin bonding, giving both safety and cutting performance. It is manufactured to the EN 12413 standard and is intended for cutting only, not grinding, always presented to the workpiece at a 90° angle.
As with all cutting discs, users should read manufacturer instructions, wear eye protection, check the wheel's condition regularly, adjust the guard to deflect sparks and dust, and let the wheel work at the correct speed rather than forcing it.
