About this product
This 230mm depressed centre cutting disc from Faithfull is designed for cutting stainless steel and other high-grade metals. It is made from aluminium oxide abrasive grit with fibreglass reinforcing and resin bonding, giving a balance of safety and cutting performance. The 1.8mm thickness allows fine, controlled cutting, while the depressed centre design improves access in tight spaces and awkward angles when using an angle grinder. The disc has a bore diameter of 22.23mm and is suitable for a range of machines, from mini-grinders to stationary cutting-off machines. It is manufactured to the EN 12413 standard. As with all metal cutting discs, it should be presented to the workpiece at 90°, and should not be used as a grinding wheel.
