About this product
This Faithfull cut off disc measures 230mm in diameter, 3.2mm thick, with a 22.23mm bore, sized to fit 9-inch angle grinders and larger machines. It is intended for heavy-duty metal cutting, suiting structural steelwork, fabrication and industrial metalworking tasks where a larger cutting depth is needed.
The disc is made from Aluminium Oxide abrasive grit with fibreglass reinforcing and resin bonding, giving both safety and cutting performance, and is manufactured to the EN 12413 standard. It must not be used for grinding and should always be presented to the workpiece at a 90° angle.
Users should read the manufacturer's instructions, wear goggles against flying debris, check the disc's condition regularly, adjust the guard to deflect sparks and dust, and maintain steady revs rather than forcing the cut.
