About this product
This Faithfull Metal Cut Off Disc measures 300mm in diameter, 3.5mm thick, with a 20mm bore, designed for use with stationary cutting-off machines in industrial workshops and fabrication environments. The large diameter and increased thickness suit heavy-duty metalworking tasks requiring cutting capacity and durability.
The disc is manufactured using Aluminium Oxide abrasive grit with fibreglass reinforcing and resin bonding, giving a combination of safety and cutting performance, and is made to EN 12413 standard. It must never be used for grinding and should always be presented to the workpiece at a 90° angle.
As with all cutting discs, users should check the wheel's condition regularly, adjust guards to deflect sparks and dust, wear eye protection, and let the wheel work at the correct speed rather than forcing it.
