About this product
Bondloc B222 Screwlock is a thixotropic anaerobic threadlocker of low strength, supplied in a compact 10ml bottle suited to toolboxes and mobile service kits. Its anaerobic nature means it cures only when confined between metal parts, and the thixotropic formula helps prevent the product migrating once applied.
It is designed for easy disassembly of treated components, making it suitable for small fasteners such as set screws, brass fittings, and most small threaded nuts, bolts, screws, hex and slot driven components including keyed fasteners, where prevention of vibration loosening and non-leakage through threaded fastenings is required.
It uses a dimethacrylate resin, has a purple/white tint, and a full cure time of 12 hours at 20°C. Typical strength is 6Nm on M10 fasteners (ISO 10964).
