About this product
Bondloc B603 is an anaerobic, oil-tolerant retaining compound designed for bonding cylindrical parts such as bearings and bushings. It works directly on as-received components with protective films or light oily surfaces, so extensive degreasing beforehand isn't required, which suits maintenance situations where fully cleaning parts is impractical. Being anaerobic, it cures only in the absence of air, making it suited to slip-fit assemblies. The green compound cures within 15 minutes at 20°C, reaching full strength after 24 hours, and offers gap-filling up to 0.1mm. It withstands operating temperatures from -53°C to +150°C. Static shear strength is 28 N/mm² on degreased surfaces and 21-24 N/mm² on oiled surfaces. Shelf life is 12 months at 20°C, with a specific gravity of 1.04. Supplied in a 50ml size.
