About this product
EVO-STIK Plumbers Mait is a waterproof, non-setting putty for sealing sanitary joints. Applied by hand, it remains permanently flexible, allowing for natural joint movement without cracking, and can be overpainted for a neat finish. It is suited to bedding sink outlets, sealing tap bases, and installing waste fittings, drainpipes and valves. It seals areas exposed to unpressurised water, helping to prevent leaks and seepage, and can also help seat fixtures such as sinks, toilets and vanity units alongside mechanical fixings. It adheres to metal, PVC, vitreous enamels and ceramics, and is suitable for sealing toilets to bathroom floors and bath or sink drains. Supplied in a 750g tub, offering enough material for several plumbing installations.
