About this product
This 5 litre black Waxoyl refill can is Hammerite's rustproofing treatment, suited to larger projects or ongoing maintenance work. The thick waxy liquid contains a powerful rust killer that chases out moisture, forming a flexible weatherproof skin that resists cracking, drying out or washing off in the rain. Rust-inhibiting molecules cut through oil, grease and dirt within seconds and cling to metal surfaces, remaining active indefinitely. If the coating is scratched or punctured, it creeps back and reseals itself. The black finish blends with chassis and other dark metal components. Suitable for treating the inside of doors, behind sills, chassis and other areas where water tends to collect. Intended for use with a Schutz coating gun applied via a compressor.
