About this product
Thompson's 10 Year Roof Seal is a high-performance black coating for resealing and protecting whole roofs, or for repairing large areas of damage on a variety of roofing materials. It cures to form a durable, flexible membrane that moves with the roof, protecting against cracking and splitting over time.
UV stable iron oxide pigments shield the surface from UV radiation, supporting 10 year weatherproofing performance in extreme conditions. The vapour permeable formula allows trapped moisture in the substrate to escape while repairing and weatherproofing the surface. Apply directly to dry surfaces for best results.
This 4 litre tin is suited to whole roof coverage or extensive repair work, and is supplied with a resealable lid. Also available in 1 litre and 2.5 litre sizes.
