About this product

This pack of ten DEWALT Extreme 2 metal drill bits is made from high-speed steel for drilling steel, alloyed and non-alloyed, up to 900N/mm. They are also effective in wood and plastic. The split point tip stops the bit wandering or slipping on contact, giving accurate, burr-free holes, and is particularly suited to thin sheet materials. Three flat sides on the shank prevent slipping in the chuck, while a tapered web construction reduces breakage. A gold ferrous oxide coating helps prevent overheating, extending the life of the bit, and permanent size markings above the shank keep the diameter visible during use. Specification: 1.0mm diameter, 12mm working length, 34mm overall length, pack of 10.
