About this product
A pack of 10 DEWALT Extreme 2 metal drill bits, 4.5mm diameter, with an overall length of 80mm and a working length of 46mm. Made from high-speed steel, they're designed for portable or stationary drilling of steel, alloyed and non-alloyed, up to 900N/mm, and are also effective in wood and plastic. The patented split point tip prevents the bit walking or slipping on contact, giving accurate, burr-free holes, which suits drilling sheet or thin materials. Three flat sides on the shank stop slipping in the chuck, while a tapered web construction reduces breakage. A gold ferrous oxide coating helps prevent overheating, and permanent size markings above the shank keep the diameter visible during use.
