About this product
These DEWALT Extreme 2 metal drill bits are made from high-speed steel for drilling steel, alloyed and non-alloyed, up to 900N/mm, and are also effective in wood and plastic. They suit portable or stationary drilling, particularly on sheet or thin materials where accurate, burr-free holes are needed. A patented split pilot point prevents the bit walking or slipping on contact, giving precise hole placement. Three flat sides on the shank stop the bit slipping in the chuck, while a tapered web and gold ferrous oxide coating reduce breakage and overheating. Permanent size markings above the shank improve visibility. This pack contains 10 bits with a tip diameter of 9.5mm, working length of 78mm and overall length of 125mm.
