The DEWALT Extreme Masonry Drill Bit is designed for drilling into masonry, brick, stone, tiles and light concrete, typically for anchors, plastic plugs, fixings or pipework clearance holes. It is built to last up to twice as long and deliver up to 50% more holes per charge on a cordless drill than a standard masonry bit.

An optimum carbide grade improves durability, while a unique tip design gives efficient drilling with reduced walking for greater accuracy. The optimised milled flute supports fast drilling, and special copper brazing withstands high temperatures. The hardened steel body has core reinforcement and a large volume machined spiral for strength and drilling progress, with an anti-slip shank.

This bit measures 5.5mm in diameter, with an overall length of 85mm and a working length of 50mm.
