About this product
The Faithfull 10mm Flat Bit is a general-purpose drilling bit suited to woodworking and construction tasks such as boring holes for screws, bolts and small fittings. It has an overall length of 151mm and is forged from a single piece of carbon steel, heat-treated for added strength and durability. It cuts cleanly and quickly through all types of timber, with or against the grain, and also works on MDF, plastics and plasterboard. A grooved tip and extended spurs help produce a clean cutting area and faster boring speed. The bit has a non-slip 1/4in hexagonal shank with a locking mechanism, compatible with adaptors or chucks featuring a quick-release function for secure fitting and easy changing between tasks.
