The Faithfull 35mm Forstner Bit is designed for concealed door hinges (35mm European standard), large cylinder locks and architectural door furniture, making it a useful tool for cabinet makers, kitchen fitters and joiners working with kitchen or wardrobe cabinet hinges.
Made from forged, hardened steel for durability, it has an ultra-sharp spur that keeps the bit accurate and prevents it walking on the material. The steep, angled cutting edges produce smooth, flat-bottomed holes and clear chip removal, while the centre point assists with straight, angled and overlapping holes.
Suitable for softwood, hardwoods, veneered wood and non-laminated chipboard, and compatible with drill drivers and bench drills fitted with a standard 8mm chuck. Supplied as a single 35mm bit.
