About this product
The Faithfull FAIHBB26HCS is a 26mm HCS Hinge Bore Bit, used for drilling precise blind holes when fitting concealed (Blum) hinges into kitchen, bedroom and bathroom cabinet doors. It is the smaller of two sizes in the range, suited to standard concealed hinge installations. Made from high carbon steel, the bit works on natural woods and man-made materials such as blockboard, melamine faced boards, chipboard and MDF, though it is not recommended for repetitive work in man-made boards. It should always be used with a stand-mounted drill for accurate, safe results. Dimensions: 26mm diameter x 60mm long, with an 8mm shank.
