About this product
These 1mm HSS jobber drill bits from Faithfull are supplied as a pack of three, reflecting how easily fine bits of this size can break or wear out. The small diameter suits precision engineering, electronics, model making and other delicate metalworking tasks where larger bits are unsuitable. Each bit is made from M2 grade high-speed steel, fully ground to DIN 338 standard, and features a 135° non-slip split point to give a precise starting grip and reduce deflection when drilling. They are suitable for use on alloy steels, carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels and stainless steels. Overall length is 34mm, with a 12mm working length.
