About this product
This Faithfull 13.0mm HSS jobber drill bit is suited to larger metalworking tasks, including clearance holes and heavy-duty fixings in steel, iron and most metals. With an overall length of 151mm and working length of 101mm, it offers good stability for demanding drilling work in fabrication, construction or mechanical engineering.
Manufactured to the DIN 338 standard from high-speed steel, the bit's design reduces breakage and aids easier hole starting and penetration, even in thicker sections. It is compatible with both hand and power drills, for DIY or professional use.
As with all drill bits, eye protection should be worn, work should be clamped securely, and the correct drilling speed used without forcing the bit. Bits become hot during use, so allow to cool before handling.
