About this product
These Faithfull HSS jobber drill bits measure 6.0mm in diameter, with an overall length of 93mm and a working length of 57mm. Supplied as a pack of two, they suit hand and power drills for general fabrication, metalworking and DIY use, including M6 clearance holes and pilot holes for larger operations.
Manufactured to the DIN 338 standard, the bits have a robust design intended to reduce breakage, allow easier hole starting and give improved penetration when drilling steel, iron and most other metals, while helping to keep holes clean.
As with any drill bit, eye protection should be worn and work should be clamped securely. Use the correct drilling speed, avoid forcing the bit, and allow bits to cool before handling as they become hot during use.
