About this product

This 4mm Faithfull HSSE M35 Cobalt Quick-Change Impact Drill Bit is designed for medium-duty metalworking, suiting pilot holes, mounting holes in steel plate and general fabrication. It has an overall length of 91mm and a working length of 43mm. The tip features 7 cutting edges and 3 peaks, giving self-centring accuracy and faster drilling than conventional split point bits, along with a longer tool life in mild steel. Made from M35 HSSE steel with 5% cobalt for improved heat resistance, it produces a clean cut with minimal burr, and the protruding centre tip prevents wandering. It is impact rated with a 1/4in quick-change shank for use in impact drivers, made to DIN 338 and DIN 3126-E6.3 standards, and suited to alloy steels, stainless steels, cast iron, titanium alloy and carbon fibre composites.
