About this product

This 6mm Faithfull HSSE M35 Cobalt Quick-Change Impact Drill Bit suits heavy-duty applications such as substantial fixings, structural metalwork and heavy fabrication where drilling through tough materials is required. Made from M35 HSSE grade steel with 5% cobalt content for increased heat resistance, its tip features 7 cutting edges and 3 peaks, giving self-centring accuracy, faster drilling than conventional split point bits, and longer tool life in mild steel. The protruding centre tip acts as a pilot drill, preventing wandering and aiding precise hole placement. It is impact rated with a 1/4in quick-change shank for use in impact drivers, produced to DIN 338 and DIN 3126-E6.3 standards. Suitable for alloy steels, stainless steels, cast iron, titanium alloy and carbon fibre composites. Tip diameter 6.0mm, working length 57mm, overall length 109mm.
