About this product
This Faithfull SDS Plus drill bit measures 12mm in diameter with a 160mm overall length and 100mm working length, suited to medium-duty fixing and installation work such as standard wall plugs and mechanical fixings. It has a heavy-duty tungsten carbide tip for extended service life when drilling into bricks, blocks, concrete containing aggregates, marble and other hard masonry.
The SDS Plus shank fits securely into SDS Plus chucks, giving a non-slip grip that transmits power efficiently for rotary percussion drilling. The fluted shaft design helps maintain full power transmission and avoids a worn shank rendering a good cutting edge useless, while the SDS Plus system allows quicker bit changes with a keyless chuck.
