About this product
This Faithfull SDS Plus masonry drill bit has a 12mm diameter, an overall length of 210mm and a working length of 150mm. The extended length suits deeper drilling into cavity walls and thicker masonry sections, while the 12mm diameter is suited to standard to medium-duty fixings.
It has a heavy-duty tungsten carbide tip for cutting into bricks, blocks, concrete containing aggregates, marble, hard stone and other hard masonry materials. The SDS Plus shank fits securely into SDS Plus chucks, giving a non-slip grip for rotary percussion drilling and allowing quick changing via a keyless chuck.
The fluted shaft is designed to transmit power effectively along its length, helping to avoid a worn shank rendering an otherwise usable cutting edge ineffective.
