The Energizer LR1 (also known as N cell, E90, MN9100 or 910A) is a small cylindrical alkaline battery for compact electronic devices. It measures 30.2mm in height with a 12mm diameter, weighs 9.2g and offers a 1000mAh capacity, giving longer runtime than standard cells. It suits digital cameras, calculators, car alarms, glucometers, laser pointers, remote controls, small flashlights, clocks, timers and garage door openers, among other equipment. Its leak-resistant construction and long shelf life make it suitable for devices kept in storage. The LR1 is a direct replacement for several designations, including 4001, 910A, AM5, E90, KN, LADY, MN9100, MN9100/N, N, UM-5 and UM5, making it a practical choice for maintaining a range of devices across manufacturers.
