The ITL Insulated Spade Type Shroud is a professional electrical accessory used to insulate and protect spade-type connections, such as those found in distribution boards, junction boxes and inline connectors, during live line working.
It is made from injection moulded nylon 11, exceeding the requirements of IEC 60900, the industry standard for live line working. It meets Category 'C' classification, allowing it to perform at extreme temperatures from -40°C to +70°C, suiting outdoor and other demanding environments.
Described as virtually indestructible, it is built to withstand heavy professional use.
