About this product
The Scangrip Area 6 Connect is a cordless work light designed for professionals carrying out repair, paint or construction work where uniform lighting across a whole area is needed. It gives diffused, 360-degree illumination up to 6000 lumens, with two output settings (50% and 100%) to suit the task at hand.
Its compact, lightweight design (1.97kg) makes it easy to carry between jobs. A hook is included for flexible positioning, and it can be mounted on a Scangrip tripod (sold separately) for hands-free use.
Power comes from the Connect system: it runs on Metabo/CAS batteries (12V 4.0Ah to 18V 5.2Ah), the Connect Power Supply, or 18V batteries from brands such as Milwaukee, DeWalt and Makita via the Scangrip Connect Connector. No batteries or charger are included.
